During my stay, I appreciated the proximity to Kelley Park and Emma Prusch Farm Park, which really enhanced my weekend strolls through the city, making it easy to enjoy those beautiful park views. the friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable, although the hotel had a bit of a dated vibe overall.

It was a great fit for getting around San Jose with fantastic value for money. The pull-out couch was broken, which added to the discomfort during the stay. Make sure to request extra towels ahead of time, as they were not provided automatically.

The nearby El Grullense is a taco haven, I devoured their al pastor like a champ! Not to forget the Hawaiian Drive Inn, a hidden gem with ono plate lunches that'll have your taste buds dancing. Plus, the TV channels were solid, giving me the perfect chill-out vibes after a day exploring the city!

Hotel staff was ABSENT, and it took forever to get help at 7pm. The room promised a bathtub, but surprise, the spout was DISABLED! Had to trek to the front desk for cleaning service, pillows were more like squares, and the TV looked so old I thought I was back in the VGA era.
